Canceling/Modifying Appointments

All appointments can be canceled through the confirmation text sent to you 24 hours in advance. Appointments can also be cancelled/modified 12 hours in advance by calling 913-393-3821. Appointments not canceled within at least a 12 hour time-frame will be considered a no-show. Appointments downgraded in any way after the 12 hour time-frame will still be charged the original amount booked.

No-Show/Cancellation Policy

After 3 no-shows, you will be blocked from booking online and will have to pre-pay in order to make an appointment. This is a non-refundable transaction.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome, but this salon is a place of relaxation. If your child is being disruptive, you may be asked to reschedule to a more suitable time.

Booking for Parties of 5 or More

When booking for 5 or more people, please call 913-393-3821. A $20 deposit must be put down for each individual, which can be put toward any service. Individually, a deposit will be lost if an appointment is cancelled/modified before 24 hours in advance.

Confirmed/Unconfirmed Appointments

Appointments must be confirmed at least the day prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.
